Sophia Ruah is a dedicated, queer therapist (she/her) with a passion for promoting open and accepting dialogue about sex, kink and the human body. Her therapeutic practice focuses on supporting the LGBTQIA2+ community, women, and couples, using modalities such as EMDR, psychodynamic and emotionally focused therapy, internal family systems, as well as the Gottman Method.
Beyond her professional life, Sophia immerses herself in literature and finds grounding in long rides with her horse, as well as the peaceful ritual of camping alongside her Field Spaniel. A self-described renaissance and fantasy nerd, she and her wife, a talented jouster, pair their shared sense of adventure with a dedication to building understanding and meaningful connection wherever they go.Location: Telehealth

Morgan (they/them) is a SWLM, graduated from Columbia University School of Social Work in 2025. They work primarily with members of the queer community (including along the spectrum of asexuality), couples, life transitions, OCD, and neurodiversity. Morgan strives to support individuals in finding their own answers on their own timeline within a relational therapeutic space focused on curiosity and acceptance. They integrate a systems approach into working with individuals from various contexts and backgrounds, and they are drawn to modalities such as Inference-Based CBT (I-CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). In Morgan's free time, they can often be found snuggled up reading sci-fi fantasy or knitting, spending quality time with their partner and community, or you might see them running around with their retired sled dog, Chicken.
